By accessing our website or registering for our workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access the website or use our services.

Services Description

Thomreonspryxell provides hands-on candlemaking workshops, private events, and related educational experiences at our studio located at 3414 W Foster Ave, Chicago, IL 60625.

Our services include:

• Group candlemaking workshops
• Private parties and corporate events
• Take-home candle kits and supplies
• Gift certificates

Workshop Registration and Booking

Reservations

All workshop reservations are subject to availability. A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking. Registration constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged for private events. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule your workshop booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled session without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details.

Workshop Participation

Age Requirements

Standard workshops are designed for participants aged 18 and older. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may only attend designated family-friendly sessions.

Safety

By participating in our workshops, you acknowledge that candlemaking involves working with hot wax and other materials that may pose risks if not handled properly. You agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors
• Wear closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing
• Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to fragrances
• Not participate if under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Respect the studio space and equipment

Liability Waiver

Participation in our workshops requires signing a liability waiver. By booking a workshop, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree to release Thomreonspryxell, its owners, employees, and instructors from liability for any injuries sustained during the workshop.

Intellectual Property

All content on thomreonspryxell.world, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Thomreonspryxell and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. You retain ownership of the candles you create during our workshops.

Photography and Media

We may take photographs and videos during our workshops for promotional purposes. By attending a workshop, you grant us permission to use images containing your likeness for marketing, social media, and promotional materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the beginning of the workshop.

Private Events

Private events are subject to additional terms outlined in a separate agreement provided at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure private event bookings. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

Prohibited Activities

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users
• Post or transmit harmful, threatening, or objectionable content

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thomreonspryxell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms of Use or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
